I ordered 2 weeks go while a sale was going on. I was able to get a few items I wanted but most were sold out which is understandable.
It says 7-10 days shipping well I haven’t even gotten an email saying it’s been shipped. At first I didn’t trip I figured they were swapped with orders but when I have to email customer service because I didn’t see a phone number and get NO RESPONSE that is bad for business. I’m so disgusted because I at least expected a response apologizing for the delay.
It only takes 1 bad experience for me to leave it alone and I’ll never order from The Crayon Case again. Highly disappointed
