I ordered a few items from this company during a recent sale they had the computer system changes addresses to fit their system generated zip codes my items were received damaged and broken I have been going back and forth for weeks trying to get the items I paid for, they agreed to ship them out claimed they did and there was no info or correspondence from the post office, they claim my items were returned and the post office sent me nothing and they didn’t send me a tracking number for new products now they saying they can’t send my new stuff without receiving the damaged stuff, but they tried to send replacement pans for eyeshadow that was broken and I declined I wanted a new palette completely I still haven’t received my stuff still back and forth with company this is so unprofessional I wanted to support but this is too much
